Jus Muse is a composer and musician from Kingston, Jamaica based in New York City. She is a vocalist using her discipline to birth soulful experiences. Inspired by the likes of Lauryn Hill, Erykah Badu, John Legend and Bob Marley, Muse creates pieces experimenting with a fusion of genres. Her music is an eclectic mixture of R&B and Neo Soul with hints of Reggae. Her sultry vocals and compelling lyrics come together to produce a unique and classic sound.

She graduated from Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and the Performing Arts where she first made steps towards her music career. Later she went to earn a bachelor’s degree in Music Industry at Syracuse University’s Setnor School of Music with a voice emphasis. Jus Muse is pursuing an MFA in Sonic Arts at Brooklyn College City University of New York. She has performed at various venues including the Westcott Theatre and the infamous stage at SOB’s. Muse has released several recordings as an independent artist starting in 2018 as well as numerous collaborations. She plans to continue creating and spreading love through her work.
